Panorama Room

Our Panorama Room is the largest of our private function spaces and, as the name suggests, boasts 180 degree views of the outside. Capable of holding up to 200 people, the Panorama Room is complete with its own bar, state of the art sound system, projection facilities, and convenient amenities.

This room is perfect for either cocktail functions or fully-catered seated dining.

the brewery

Our Brewery Room was once the home of the Flying Horse Brewery, and still boasts the pictorial reminders of the space as it was originally built. Although all brewing now takes place off-site, this room still boasts its own bar, highly functional TV/AV facilities, and personal music selection capacity so you control your vibe! Holding up to 70 people, the Brewery can enjoy either seated dining, canapes or cocktail grazing.

The Gallery

Private dining at its finest! Our Gallery comfortably seats up to 36 guests and boasts mood lighting and an intimate vibe, perfect for your next dinner party. We can take the pressure off your catering by offering a set menu or your guests can dine a la carte from our EMBERS Restaurant menu. Drinks are available from the main bar, or via the use of the MrYum online ordering app.
